The general conditions of sale described below detail the rights and obligations of the shopUScards company and its client in connection with the sale of the following goods: New boxes or new packages of sports cards. Any service performed by ShopUScards therefore implies the buyer's unreserved acceptance of these general conditions of sale.
The prices of the goods sold are those in force on the day the order is taken. They are denominated in euros and calculated exclusive of tax. Consequently, they will be increased by the transport costs applicable on the day of the order.

Shipping rates are based on the dimensions of your order and on the carrier’s prices.
Estimated Delivery Times
The delivery time indicated during the registration of the order is given only as an indication and is not guaranteed. Consequently, any reasonable delay in the delivery of the products cannot give rise to the buyer's benefit to compensation for damages or cancellation of the order.
Damages during transport
In the event of missing or damaged goods during transport, the buyer must make all the necessary reservations on the order form upon receipt of said goods and contact us immediately. These reservations must also be confirmed in writing within five days of delivery, by registered post. Please do not open the box and inspect the contents if you suspect damage has been made to the physical items inside. Once an item is open, we cannot accept the return regardless of any damage incurred during transit.
You have 14 days from the date of receipt of your order to return the products concerned to us in its original packaging (all items must have their factory seal intact and be in its original condition). The return shipping costs are your responsibility. Upon receipt of the products, we will refund your order.
The responsibility of the company ShopUScards can not be implemented if the non-performance or delay in the performance of one of its obligations described in these general conditions of sale results from a case of force majeure. As such, force majeure means any external, unforeseeable and irresistible event within the meaning of article 1148 of the Civil Code.
